# Iterate और loop

> Arka commands को count या interval के अनुसार दोहराएँ।

`iterate` bounded repetition है; यह ठीक N बार चलता है और फिर exit हो जाता है:

```bash theme={null}
arka iterate 5 "repo health"
```

`loop` interval-based है और interrupt होने तक चलता रहता है। जब आप cycles की
finite संख्या के साथ interval loop चाहते हैं तो `--count` जोड़ें:

```bash theme={null}
arka loop 300 "check repo health"
arka loop 60 --count 10 "run tests"
```

ये runners `arka goal` से स्वतंत्र हैं: वे plan नहीं करते, goals को mutate नहीं
करते, या autonomous progress persist नहीं करते।
