## Skills manage करना

Configuration files edit किए बिना skills enable या disable करें:

```

Disabled skills routing और capability discovery के लिए दिखते रहते हैं, लेकिन execution एक explicit enable command से block होता है। Arka preferences को अपने user configuration में `skills.json` के अंतर्गत store करता है।

## एक custom skill बनाएँ

```

Wizard एक description और प्राकृतिक-भाषा triggers माँगता है, फिर `skill.json`, `run.py`, `README.md`, और `TEST_PLAN.md` बनाता है। यह मौजूदा manifests में duplicate triggers जाँचता है और non-colliding phrases सुझाता है।
